My name is Divine Ugochukwu, and I'm a student at Texas State University. I major in Digital Media Innovation with a minor in African American studies. I've been attending Texas State University for around 2 years, since I transferred from Austin Community College in 2024. I'm twenty-two years old, with my birthday coming up soon! Shout out to all my Libras! I'm a fanatic for all things music, anime, gaming, and Black! I'm a proud member of the Black diaspora, born to my two Nigerian parents. I have a love/hate relationship with Nigeria, but at the end of the day it's one of the few places that I can call home. I talk more about Nigeria and her history here.
I know you see this green globe and you're thinking, "What is this?" Well, this is the logo that I use for all my creative endeavors. I'm a creative freelancer, but to go into specifics, I'm a video editor, audio engineer, and a DJ. I go by Divinity whenever I'm working, and one of my favorite artists, Nas, once said, "The World Is Yours." So I decided to have my logo be the world!
While being a student, DJ, editor, and a community leader is hard, I love everything that comes with it. Yes, even the restless nights and the early mornings. I hope I leave a positive impact on Texas State or to anyone who attends this school. Thanks for coming to my website and spending your precious time here! Please continue to explore and learn things about me!
